Hi.....Myself .....Im 18 years old boy, currently a freshie at NIT Calicut. A Tamilian by birth and living in Kerala now. Yeah, being an engineering student doesn't mean I am too much interested in things and stuffs and how they work. I don't know why but I am always interested in subjects like politics, economics, social issues and that kind of stuffs. As an average middle class Indian boy, I was an IIT aspirant, went to JEE coaching centre, somehow managed to get into a NIT at least and I am happy about it. Now I am moving forward in life without any pre-planned destination. Far from home, in a new place, living all alone.......yep.......Changes are inevitable.............

COPE WITH FAILURE AND FRUSTRATION
Every day we experience failure. We constantly
attempt to do or achieve something. We are happy when we succeed and depressed
when we fail.
When
some major devastating failure strikes us, we lose our self-confidence and enthusiasm.
We feel weak and helpless. We may think that our survival is worthless. Some
people get so depressed due their failure that they may go to the extent of
giving up their lives.
Therefore,
coping with failures is necessary. Realize that the failures are unpleasant
facts. Be prepared to accept them. While you do your best effort for success,
you should remember that in a world of competitions, your best effort may fall
short. Learn to look at the failures as an opportunity for improvement and analysis.
Learn the lessons they teach. Accept the responsibility for your failure,
blaming an external factor for your failure will not reduce your pain anyway.
Success consists of going failure to failure without the loss of enthusiasm. In
order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of
failure. Always remember “Failures are the stepping stones of success”. Success
is never final and failure is never fatal.
Achievement
is often made by those who know that failure is inevitable. A coward is a
person who doesn’t use the opportunity in the fear of failure. So don’t be a
coward.
Nobody
will remember how bad you are once you have succeeded. People will only think
of your good thing. Think about Thomas Alva Edison, he failed more than a thousand times,
but when you ask someone about Edison, people will only tell you that he is a
great inventor.
Learn
to face failures and frustration with courage. Strive better in future and
taste the sweetness of the success.
